By downloading or using Veduta you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Not financial advice

Veduta shows the output of statistical models fitted to past prices. Its ranges, signals, scores and texts describe what those models compute. They are not predictions, they carry no guarantee, and they are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Decisions you make are your own. Past performance of a stock, or of the app's forecasts, says nothing certain about the future.

Market data

Prices, news and fundamentals come from third parties, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may stop. Their use is also subject to those providers' own terms, including any key you add. Paper trading uses simplified fills and is not a guide to real execution.

Using the app

• You may install and use Veduta on your own Macs, free of charge.
• You may not resell it, pass it off as your own, or use it to break the law or anyone else's terms of service.
• If you connect a brokerage account, you are responsible for every order you confirm.

No warranty

Veduta is provided as it is, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may contain errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the maker of Veduta is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using it or relying on anything it shows, including trading losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may change with new versions. The date at the top says when they last did.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep any protection the law of the country where they live gives them.
